Job Title: Process Engineer
SUMMARY:
Promotes continuous improvement in assigned areas. Works with lab team members, other processing engineers and production team members in resolving production process problems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Maintains QMS documentation in a current status.
Keeps product specifications current and distributes to appropriate team members.
Delivers statistical process control (SPC) related quality checks with follow-up actions.
Delivers running condition table and reports results to appropriate team members.
Provides follow-up on process abnormality and develops counter measures.
Provides follow-up on 4 M changes.
Obtains Lab approval/creel approvals.
Maintains stable process controls.
Provides continuous process improvements.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree (B. S.) in Engineering from four-year College or university; or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
