We are looking for candidates that are as passionate about the growth and development of the precious children in our care as we are. This position is a “float position.”
Duties
A float is a person who does not have a designated classroom or group that they work with every day. The float covers for a teacher that needs help or is absent or when teachers shifts are over before the close of business at 6:00pm. Shifts may vary depending on where the demand is.
Requirements
Lead classroom when teacher absence
Implement lesson plan in teachers absence
Engage children through play activities
Change diapers in diaper changing rooms and assist with toileting when needed
Assist where is needed per management
