Microvast is seeking Lab Technologists for our Clarksville location.
Job Description
Technologists will work in a laboratory for a manufacturing facility using several types of analytical instrumentation. Technologists will check the quality of incoming and outgoing material to ensure all specifications meet the criteria and guidelines of our product and produce consistent results. The work schedule will be a 2-2-3 style schedule.
Responsibilities
The QA Lab Techs are responsible for daily lab related QC checks. The QA lab techs may also be asked to perform tasks to support QA engineers and technologists or to gain data for organizational challenges or growth opportunities. The QA lab techs should be familiar with common lab equipment and techniques and be able to learn methods as needed.
Qualifications:
A.S. Degree and two years of analytical lab experience or 4 years equivalent experience, experience with core MS software, ability to troubleshoot instruments. Experience with one or more of the following instruments preferred: GCMS, HPLC, ICP-OES, CMM, SEM and basic microscopy. Knowledge of QMS, IATF, Warranty, and Leadership Skills are a plus. The need to travel domestically and internationally may arise.
